QMHP Positions
To be considered as a candidate for a Mental Health Skill Building position, you must, at a minimum meet one of the following criteria:
Position also requires training/certification in behavior management, CPR, First Aid and successful completion of criminal history and central registry background investigation. A valid Driver’s License and good driving record are also requirements for employment.
What we’re looking for
- An individual with a master’s degree in psychology from an accredited college or university with at least one year of clinical experience.
- An individual with at least a bachelor’s degree in human services or related field from an accredited college/university and with at least one year of clinical experience providing direct services to individuals with a diagnosis of mental illness.
- An individual with an associate’s degree in a related field and at least one year of experience providing direct services to individuals with a diagnosis of mental illness.
- An individual with at least a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in an unrelated field that includes at least 15-semester credits (or equivalent) in a human services field and who has at least three years of clinical experience.

All positions in Medical Addiction Treatment require extensive credentials, licensing, and board certifications please contact us about services.
All mental health positions require a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in a human services field and at least one year of experience in social work or a clinical setting.
The candidate must meet all state requirements regarding criminal record history, central registry search, and must possess a valid Virginia driver’s license with a good driving record. Must be able to respect the client’s right to confidentiality. Internships are available.
